Recipes Tested:

Rich Celery Root Purée

Celery root is not appear to be appetizing, but combined with chicken stock and heavy cream, it produces a creamy and intense flavor. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve hot.

Lemon Chicken Breasts

This savory recipe is quickly assembled and tastes ever so good! The chicken breasts are baked with a combination of olive oil, wine, lemons and oregano which fill the kitchen with a wonderful aroma. This oven- to-table dish is definitely worthy of serving to guests.
